Dr. Rushia Butler is an exceptional primary care physician. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Every visit, she takes the time to listen attentively and addresses all of my concerns with empathy and expertise. Her ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable way is truly remarkable. I always leave her office feeling well cared for and confident in the care I receive. The receptionist by the name of Andrea is very rude disrespectful nasty really bad attitude miss butler I wish she didn’t switch to this location now I have to find another primary care doctor because I refuse to deal with her nasty receptionist Andrea . The way she talk to people is crazy I will be making a complaint against her updating my review none of what they are responding is true I was kind in respectful from the jump Andrea the receptionist came off smart in disrespectful calls are recorded I’m sure she went in lied and said I was being disrespectful which was not true no one reach out to me to hear my side of the story just took hers trust me I have made a complaint to the right people
